I am a licensed Nigerian lawyer and technology driven legal professional with expertise in law, regulatory compliance and technology. I hold an LL.B from Igbinedion University and a B.L from the Nigerian Law School, and I am committed to bridging traditional legal practice with emerging technologies to deliver practical, forward-looking legal solutions.
I currently serve as Associate Counsel at George Ikoli & Okagbue (GI&O), advising on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, data protection and commercial transactions, including high-value projects. I have previously worked with Udochi Iheanacho Partnership (SAN), F.T. Okorotie, SAN & Co., and as Legal & Compliance Officer at Swap Internet LLC, where I hadnled SLA and MOU drafts, led a franchise agreement and other commercial and corporate transactions.
All through my legal career, I have advised businesses, startups, and companies on AML/CFT, data protection, arbitration, litigation, and cross-border transactions. Beyond practice, I am a front end developer in SaaS products, passionate about leveraging technology to build scalable legal and compliance solutions that empower businesses and professionals globally.
